Our Collection, Use, and Retention of Customer Information

- Requested by the customer, directly or indirectly, or

Our Maintenance of Accurate Information
Procedures have been implemented to assure that our customers’ financial information is accurate, current and complete in accordance with commercially reasonable standards. While Federal and state laws mandate some requirements, the bank has additional procedures for responding to requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner. Limited Employee Access to Information
Employee access to personally identifiable information is restricted by security levels and procedures. The important of confidentiality is addressed in our bank’s information security policy. Appropriate disciplinary measures are taken to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.
Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with outside Third Parties
Customers’ personally identifiable information must be given sometimes to a third party, i.e. a vendor or service company who provides a service for the bank. These companies agree to safeguard our confidential customer information and must abide by applicable law.
